Meet Annie

I’m Annie Jarret Keffeler, a certified Equine Gestalt Coach and the heart behind The Journey Home With AJK.

As a Gestaltist, I look at the strategies and defenses each of us develops to manage our experiences and our world. These patterns are often a response to past trauma. My role is to guide you in releasing the unfinished business behind those defenses, so you can step into your true, authentic self.

My Approach

Rather than focusing on “fixing” problems, my work helps you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive environment — with horses as partners in the process. The goal is insight, resilience, and the confidence to move forward authentically.
